AI Consultant

Describe it. Watch it get built.

Tell the Consultant what you run. It reads the workspace you already have, proposes a plan you approve, then builds the sheets, formulas, dashboards and automations while you watch it happen.

Consultant
Set up how we onboard a new client: kickoff tasks, a doc checklist, and something the account lead can look at.
Looked at your workspace. You already track work in Delivery, so I will match its status vocabulary. Here is the plan.

An AI that works inside your data

Most AI sits beside your work and answers questions about it. This one opens your workspace, sees the sheets and columns you already keep, and builds in the same vocabulary your team is using. If your statuses are Not started, In progress and Blocked, that is what it writes.

Plan, then approve

Nothing gets built before you say so

The Consultant proposes a plan broken into milestones, and every operation it intends to run is listed there. You approve the plan, change it, or walk away. Approval is the gate: the agent cannot build past what you agreed to.

Guided
Pauses at each milestone to check in
Autopilot
Runs the approved plan start to finish

Created sheet Client Onboarding

Real objects

It builds the product, not a mockup

What lands is an ordinary Wisegrid workspace: sheets with working formulas, conditional formatting that fires, automations on a schedule, and a dashboard reading live off the rows. You can edit every piece of it afterwards, because there is nothing special about the way the agent made it.

How it works
Say what you run
One sentence is enough. "Set up how we onboard a new client" gets a plan.
Read the plan
Milestones and the operations inside them, listed before anything runs.
Approve it
Guided pauses at each milestone. Autopilot runs the whole approved plan.
Keep working
What it built is ordinary sheets and dashboards you can edit like any other.
Frequently asked
Does it change my existing sheets?

It builds new sheets, dashboards and automations from the plan you approved. The plan lists every operation before anything runs, so nothing happens that you did not read first.

What can it actually build?

Projects, sheets, columns, formulas, rows, conditional formatting, automations and dashboards. That is the full set of operations it can perform, and it is the list on this page.

Can I stop it partway?

Yes. In Guided mode it pauses at each milestone and asks before continuing, and your feedback revises the remaining milestones rather than restarting. Autopilot runs the approved plan to completion.

Is it included in the seat?

The Consultant runs on the metered AI budget that comes with your seat, and it stops at the ceiling instead of running up a bill. It needs a card on file, so it is available on a paid seat rather than during the no-card trial.

Does it see data I cannot?

No. It resolves what you can resolve. The Consultant works inside your own permissions, so it can never surface a sheet your account could not open on its own.
