Program terms

  • Self-referral is prohibited. You cannot earn commission on your own accounts, your own workspace, or payments you make yourself.
  • We may withhold commissions from fraudulent or self-referred activity. Real recommendations to real people is the whole program.
  • Commissions become payout-eligible 30 days after they are earned, which matches our refund window.
  • We may change program terms (rates, windows, eligibility) with notice. Changes never claw back commissions you have already earned.

How much do I earn?

When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, via Stripe. A commission becomes payout-eligible 30 days after it is earned (that covers the refund window), then it goes out with your next monthly payout.
How does tracking work?
Your link looks like wisegrid.co/?ref=YOURCODE. When someone clicks it, we remember the referral for 60 days (first touch wins). If they sign up within that window, they are yours, including when they subscribe later.
What do the people I refer get?
30% off their first month. Your recommendation gives them a real discount, not just you a commission.
Do I need to be a paying customer to join?
No. You do not need to be a paying customer. Create a Wisegrid account, grab your link from your dashboard, and share it.
Can I refer myself or my own team account?
