Same idea as Google Docs / Figma cursors: a colored caret + name label on the cell each collaborator is editing, plus an avatar stack of everyone viewing the sheet, and a per-user 'Hide me' toggle to opt out.
Shipped. Presence rides the existing per-sheet live connection, so it's live the moment two people open the same sheet, no extra setup. Live-text-cursor-while-typing (per-keystroke) isn't included yet; this is cell-level presence.
